Excess
Also known as a "deductible". This is the amount of loss you have to bear before your insurance company will pay for the balance if your vehicle damage claim.

Compensation of Assessed Repair Time (CART)
You are eligible to claim from the Third Party Insurance Company for "Loss of Use". For the "Loss of Use" of your vehicle under repair, this is based on the adjuster's recommendation on the number of days required for your car to be repaired.

Car Rental
You may claim the cost of renting a replacement vehicle of equivalent type and capacity recommended number of days of "Loss of Use" as evidenced by a receipt from a licensed car rental company.

Injury & Medical Bills
In such events the claim file will be passed to our panel lawyer and a fee of 20% will be charged by the Panel lawyers with a No Win No Fee basis.
